After completing a 3 year degree in sport and exercise science (BSc hons), Jonathan began working in the fitness industry in July 2007 at Esporta Health Club, as a fitness instructor, fitness supervisor, duty manager, studio coordinator, fitness events manager and personal trainer.

Jonathan was issued his level 3 certificate from the Register of Exercise Professionals (www.exerciseregister.org), and in July 2008, JJP Training was set up so that clients could be trained in their homes and offices. In December 2008, Jonathan teamed up with Chesham Moor Gym & Swim so that clients could also be trained in the gym. For home visits, all equipment is brought to you. Equipment includes weights, resistance bands, Reebok step, swiss ball, BOSU, medicine ball, dumbbells, kettlebells TXR suspension bands, and more! And space is not an issue no matter what size your home is.

Why use a personal trainer?

Many people have the intentions of starting exercise, but something holds them back. A personal trainer can advise you on the safest and most effective exercises, that will deliver the results that you are after. For many people they struggle to find the time, but having a personal training appointment will make this less of a problem. Even for people who have been training for many years, the motivation and variation of training will bring about results that wouldn’t have otherwise been achieved.
